The introduction to the
CNG pressure Gauge (sensor):
CNG
pressure Gauge(sensor)is a very important accessory of CNG system in a
car. It not only can show the gas pressure about the gas-cylinder and the
high-pressure wire , but also can transform the pressure into the
electric-signal to the switch on the control-board in the driver-room, so that
can show the gas quantity clearly.

welt with stainless steel as well as Argon and Arc. After welt , it must be
tested with 550-600bar/20-30min to assure the safety of each meter.

about the sensor electrocircuit
The
electrocircuit of our product is HOLL magnetic induction electrocircuit, all
the electronic accessory are import. It transform the pressure into the
voltage signal. They all have the excellence of high precision¡¢good
coherence and long life etc.

Way of wiring: three wire
of red, black, yellow. Red one is the power wire, black one is the
iron-connection wire, yellow one is the voltage-signal output wire.

Introduction of going:
indicator light type : when the gas-pot is full of gas(the pressure is
180-220bar),four green indicator lights on the control-board are all light(the
red one extinguishes);when the pressure reduce to 165-155bar,the fourth green
indicator light extinguishes; when 165-155bar,the
third green indicator light extinguishes; when 90-70 bar, the second green
indicator light extinguishes; when 45-35bar,the
first green indicator light extinguishes and the red indicator light gives an
alarm. The car also can run 15-25km with the gas at the moment (different car
different distance).
Digital display type: The
line-type voltage signal output from the pressure meter can show the 0-26mbar
pressure figure by the digital display switch.
